| If you would like to add (subscribe) or remove (unsubscribe) your name from our e-mail list you can click on one of the following links to do so. It will bring up an e-mail composition that you need to send with only the words: "subscribe members" or "unsubscribe members" in the body of the message. This will add or delete the e-mail address that is associated with the computer you are on. If the first line in the body of the message is blank, then delete it before you hit 'Send'.
